Transport for whatever needs moving.
From a single bakkie load to specialised commercial freight, Kol A Bakkie connects you with the right transport for the job. Whether you're moving something across town or managing regular business deliveries, our platform makes finding and booking transport simpler.
Bakkie or Truck
The right vehicle for every load.
- Not every delivery needs a full-size truck — and not every load will fit on a bakkie. Kol A Bakkie helps you find transport suited to what you're actually moving.
- Choose from bakkies, bakkies with trailers, 3-ton and 8-ton trucks, tautliners, flatbeds, refrigerated vehicles and larger commercial combinations.
- Perfect for: furniture, appliances, equipment, pallets, building materials, stock, machinery and general freight.
Local & Long-Distance Transport
Across town or across South Africa.
- Need something collected nearby? Sending goods to another province? Kol A Bakkie connects customers with transporters for both local and long-distance trips.
- Tell us where your load needs to go and what you're moving, and we'll help match the job with suitable transport capacity.
- Perfect for: local collections, intercity deliveries, provincial routes, once-off trips and longer-distance freight.
Home & Small Moves
Moving something without hiring a whole removal company?
- Sometimes you just need a bakkie.
- Kol A Bakkie is ideal for smaller household moves and once-off deliveries — whether you're collecting a couch you bought online, moving a few appliances, helping a student relocate or transporting items that simply won't fit in your car.
- Perfect for: furniture, appliances, marketplace purchases, small moves, bulky items and collections.
Business Deliveries
Flexible transport when your business needs it.
- Access transport without having to maintain your own fleet or rely on one vehicle type.
- Kol A Bakkie helps businesses source transport for stock movements, equipment, building materials, customer deliveries and recurring distribution requirements — from smaller bakkies to commercial trucks.
- Whether you need transport occasionally or regularly, you can find capacity based on the job at hand.
- Perfect for: retailers, wholesalers, contractors, SMEs, e-commerce businesses, manufacturers and distributors.
Specialised Transport
For loads that need something more.
- Some cargo can't simply go on the back of a standard truck.
- Kol A Bakkie provides access to specialised vehicle categories for loads with specific handling, temperature, loading or freight requirements.
- Some Examples Include:
- Refrigerated / Reefer — temperature-sensitive goods
- Tautliners — palletised and high-volume freight
- Flatbeds — oversized, bulky or irregular loads
- Flatbeds with Twistlocks — container transport
- Superlinks & Tri-Axles — high-volume commercial freight
Transporter Marketplace
Connecting loads with available capacity.
- Kol A Bakkie isn't simply another transport company. We're building a digital marketplace that connects customers who need goods moved with transporters who have the right vehicle, capacity and availability for the job.
- Customers get a simpler way to source transport, while transporters gain access to additional delivery opportunities — bringing both sides together through one platform.
- For customers: more vehicle choice, easier sourcing and less phoning around.
- For transporters: access to new loads and opportunities to put available capacity to work.
